A standard CMC deployment includes the hardware needed to run and operate the platform—not a software bill followed by a shopping list.
Venue-specific control hardware, specialized switching, new cabling, network remediation or other non-standard infrastructure is identified during the site assessment and included in the final quote when needed.

What exactly is included in the deployment price?
Standard deployment includes the CMC Edge Controller, one dedicated iPad control station, a protective case, CMC configuration, venue mapping, supported-device setup, commissioning and staff training.
Why does deployment pricing say “from”?
Two venues with the same number of TVs can have very different infrastructure. If your site needs extra control hardware, specialized switching, cabling, network work or unusual legacy integration, those items are identified during the site assessment and included in the final quote before installation begins.
Do I have to pay extra to unlock features?
No. The core CMC platform is included with every standard plan. Pricing scales primarily with venue size rather than feature tiers.
What does the monthly service cover?
Your CMC service covers platform access, supported guide and automation services, remote diagnostics, system monitoring, support, software updates and continued platform improvements.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual prepayment includes two months free: $1,990 per year for Small Venue and $2,990 per year for Venue.
What if I have 25 or more TVs?
Large venues are quoted individually because matrix switching, AV-over-IP, centralized distribution, multiple zones or multi-site requirements can change the system architecture significantly. We'll evaluate the equipment you already own and scope the right CMC control approach around it.
Do I need to replace my TVs or existing AV system?
Not necessarily. CMC is designed around integrating supported equipment where practical. The site assessment identifies what can stay, what can be controlled directly and where additional hardware may be needed.
Are television and sports subscriptions included?
No. Programming subscriptions, commercial content licensing and third-party provider charges remain separate from Coastal Media Control.
