Common Questions

Sports Bar Streaming & TV System FAQ

Can businesses get NFL Sunday Ticket through DIRECTV in 2026?

DIRECTV announced on July 31, 2026 that a new multi-year agreement with EverPass will make NFL Sunday Ticket available to commercial venues through DIRECTV satellite and EverPass streaming. Exact eligibility, pricing, equipment, and ordering details are handled by DIRECTV, EverPass, or their authorized providers.

Do we still need EverPass infrastructure?

Many venues do. EverPass carries additional commercial streaming content and may be the preferred delivery path for some businesses. A hybrid design can also combine EverPass streaming with DIRECTV, local channels, and other commercial sources.

Should streaming players run over Wi-Fi?

For a business-critical multi-TV system, wired Ethernet is generally the preferred design whenever practical. It reduces wireless congestion and makes troubleshooting and performance more predictable during crowded events.

Does NFL Sunday Ticket include every NFL game?

NFL Sunday Ticket is focused on eligible out-of-market Sunday afternoon regular-season games. Local broadcasts, prime-time games, and digital-exclusive games may require separate commercial services or packages.

Can Coastal Media Control work with our existing equipment?

Often, yes. The system is designed to integrate supported DIRECTV receivers, EverPass players, smart TVs, switching equipment, and venue networks. Available controls vary by model, provider, and existing architecture, so each site is evaluated individually.
